I’m here to walk alongside you through the ups and downs of parenting. My goal is to provide you with the support, tools, and insights you need to navigate the complex journey of raising children and creating a positive family environment. I recognize that there are various ways to parent, and I appreciate this diversity. I am dedicated to working individually with parents to support them in their unique journey.

In our sessions, I offer a safe, empathetic space where you can openly discuss your parenting challenges, hopes, and concerns. Whether you’re dealing with behavioral issues, developmental milestones, or communication struggles, I’m here to listen and work with you to find effective strategies.

By using play as a medium, therapists can connect with children in a language they naturally understand, allowing them to explore their feelings, develop problem-solving skills, and enhance their social interactions.

Through therapeutic play, your child can find the opportunity to process psychological or emotional challenges. I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space, where children can express themselves freely and develop coping skills to thrive both inside and outside the therapy room.

I believe in the importance of collaboration with parents and caregivers, recognizing that they play a crucial role in process of goal setting and healing.

Adolescent Counselling

Adolescence is one of the most transformative periods of a person’s life. My mission is to support emotional and psychological development, while helping teens navigate challenges and build resilience.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where teens can explore their identities, relationships, and goals. Together, we will address not only immediate concerns such as anxiety, depression, or behavioural issues but also seek to foster long-term skills in self-awareness and coping strategies.
